Taurus Man - Love and Compatibility Profile
Taurus is the most basically physical of the earth signs. Unlike Virgo, for which there has to be some purpose, and Capricorn, for which social acceptability is important, Taurus asks no questions when it come to enjoyment of the physical. If the Taurus man does ask a question it is to enquire: why complicate matters with emotional undercurrents, or why be reticent about physical functions? The Taurus man is instinctively inclined to be faithful, yes, but he also has a strong sensuality which you ignore or frustrate at your peril. If you have a stable relationship he will want to retain the security it offers, but may seek sexual satisfaction elsewhere if he does not find it with you. Having said that, if you want a tender sensual man who takes time to appreciate your physical nature and wants to please you, then you will not want to deny him anyway!
As already indicated, your Taurus man may frustrate you if you are seeking change, anything that may threaten the stability to which he is accustomed. In doing so you may stir up another Taurus characteristic - possessiveness. Since he may see you as somehow belonging to him, his own personal possession, he may consider he has the right to overrule you. And if you will not be overruled, he can get sullen for he does not easily get angry. If he does get angry it can be ugly, for Taurus finds it very difficult to handle anger, and may lose his temper instead. This is when your man may take on chauvinistic characteristics. If you will not belong to him then he may dismiss you altogether and seek possessions elsewhere.
If you are your own woman and will not easily yield to anyone, yet love a Taurus man, it may pay you to consider carefully in what ways your independence matters. Maybe you could find ways of enabling your man to feel that you belong to him, while at the same time living your own life. If your life takes you outside of his orbit for a few days, or even just for an evening, it does no harm just to let him know where you are, when you expect to be back, and that you love him dearly.
If your man has a Taurus Moon or Ascendant, Taurus qualities are likely to be more obvious to you than if Taurus is his Sun sign. If he has the Moon or Ascendant in air signs such as Gemini or Aquarius, then the characteristics of these signs may be more apparent to you than his Taurus Sun sign, at least until you get to know him.
