Aries Man - Love and Compatibility Profile
Give him a chance and an Aries man will sweep you off your feet in an exciting romance, exhibiting the behaviour of a shining knight rescuing a damsel in distress. The problem is you may not see yourself as a damsel, nor be in distress, and be wondering what happens when the romance has worn off. To some extent the solution to this may be that you play the game, allowing yourself, if you love him, to be content with the excitement. But of course, you have also to be true to yourself, and the truth about yourself is unlikely to be the same as your Aries man imagines it to be.

This is how some of our myths and fairy tales see life, and whether, as a woman, you like it or not, there may be something in your psyche that appreciates being seen in this way. But it also helps if you stand firm and make clear that you have a life of your own and that you are determined to live it, refusing to give in if he tries to dominate every area of your life. Aries is a fighter, and for there to be a fight there has to be opposition. Play the poor downtrodden defeated woman and the fight is over, and the Aries man may look for someone else to fight with.
If you love an Aries man, to be content with him you probably have to let go of any ideas of predictability and routine. If you tend to be set in your ways this can be a challenge to you to think differently and imagine a future less familiar but more alive. If you are prepared to accept the challenge then your Aries man can make supporting you a cause to fight for. If he tries to stir you up more than it is right for you to go, at least at the time, then stand up for yourself and try to tease him into realising that he may have to change in order for your relationship to work. Then a successful relationship could become a cause he could fight for.
If your man has an Aries Moon or Ascendant, Aries qualities are likely to be more obvious to you than if Aquarius is his Sun sign. If he has the Moon or Ascendant in earth signs such as Taurus or Virgo, then the characteristics of these signs may be more apparent to you than his Aries Sun sign, at least until you get to know him.
